rear cam seals are leaking 850 1995

Well, I guess as I continue to fix/replace old with the new, it was bound to happen. The rear cam seals after 260K have started to leak and it seams that it is not a small leak at that. I drive between 600 - 800 miles per week and have to replace about a quart or so every week of oil. I went out and got the seals, now I need instructions/tools information as to whether I'll be able to do this myself.
Is there instructions with pics online? If so, where? What tools, etc will be needed? How much time should I allow for doing this type of work? I have never done this before.
Looking forward to the replies.

1995 Volvo 850 GLT, non-turbo w/262K and almost ready to go another 250K after everything I've done the past 2 yrs.
