Hi All. My coworker is here with a nearly empty tank and her gas cap door will not open. It's a 95 850 Wagon. Any ideas? She does not believe it to be frozen (with ice) because she thought it happened once before in warm weather, but after a restart it opened.

My only experience with FWD is my S70 sedan --- and never had this problem - so any help would be appreciated.
