Two problems: rear window doesn't go up and passenger door doesn't lock V70-XC70 1999

Hi,
My passenger door doesn't lock. I either push the button down or click lock. Neither work it stil opens. Door lock actuator?
And, my back window will go down from main switch in the front, but then won't go up from the main switch or sometimes the back switch won't work either.
To get it up, I had to go down on the main switch then up from the back switch. Weird. Motor, main switch?
