Rotor and Suspension Life ?

Can anyone advise of the life of the OEM rotors, shocks and springs of a S70. I'm at 50K and am considering switching to Bilsteins and upgraded brake rotors (slotted vs cross drilled still deciding). Also does anyone know if there is a difference in the springs from a '98 S70 GLT and '98 S70 T5 ? I recall the T5 having a sport suspension but don't remember the components.
