German "Tuning Chips" on ebay 850 1994

I'm not about to rush out and get one of these, but, am curious if anyone here has, and if they work okay in US Spec ECUs (or not).

Whaddya all think?

Translated, the ebay ad reads:

Tuningchip for VOLVO 850 T5 turbo. Increase in output: approx. 40 PS + 65 Nm sports air cleaner and at least 95 octanes are recommended in addition. It is, in this connection, about new goods. The chip is constructed only after order for you. An installation manual is provided. There appears no Ruckeln and no speed fluctuations. The exhaust-emission test is passed furthermore problem-free. Please, after auction give(indicate) the control device number. Control device is from Bosch or Siemens and is in a black chest behind the right light. The buyer carries the resulting Ebay and forwarding expenses We Tuningchips for other Volvo can also offer to you models (possibly with additional costs connected) or for other manufacturers.
