replaced dash bulbs now dash not working 850 1997

I replaced all the bulbs in the insterment panel and put the dash back together . All the gauges where working then would power on and off(gauge needles cutting off and on) Now gauges are not working what happen?? I checked the fuse and it is ok . I now have the battery unpluged. I need help now 4:40 eastern time
