My Wives 1998 V70 R AWD has an obnoxious vibration between 55-60 mph that can be felt through the floor, pedals and the seat of my butt. At first, i had the tires balance checked. No problem there. The car still vibrates. I then took it the dealer. They said the tires were out of round. No problem. I needed an excuse to buy new tires anyway. I absolutely love the tires but it did not remove the vibration. I then took it back to Volvo and expressed my disatisfaction at just spending over $600.00 on tires at there recommendation only to have the vibration still there. Now they are looking into it but i fear they will only say that it is typical of this model. I cannot accept that. Has anyone else expierenced this problem and what was or is the fix? We really do love this car. Its pure excitement
