P0171 and P0172 S70 1998

The car is a 1998 S70. I have both codes P0171 (Fuel mixture lean) AND P0172 (Fuel mixture rich). Anyone have a guess? The car has trouble starting when it is cool outside or really damp. It runs fine once warmed up and has no problems starting when warm (either car or ambient temp).

Guesses? I'm a bit befuddled with the combo!
