ECU from different year 850 '94 Turbo

I have access to an ECU from a wrecked 95 850 turbo. Will the ECU from that year give me anything that I don't have already (HP/ Ft Lbs). I will have to put my ECU into the wrecked car before the insurance adjuster hauls it away since the engine still ran after the accident. Just curious if there is any benefit to this or should I just leave it alone. My car has 163K miles and the wrecked one has 88K miles, those are the only differences that I know of other than the model year. (and condition of course :>)
