Hello, I am having a lot of troubles reading codes from my car (1994 854T). I was having some difficulties with my transmission (stuttering between gears on highway) so I wanted to see if there were in any codes in the system. So I plugged the jumper into the A1 hole. As soon as I plug the jumper into the hole, the LED glows dimly. I thought this was normal so I just pressed the button for a second and the LED becomes bright then just goes back to the dim glow, and I get no codes at all
Does anyone know whats happening; am I trying to get the codes wrong or something? Also I have the same problem if I plug the jumper in the A3 hole, I follow the same process as above and I get the same results for A3, no codes. Any suggestions?
Because of the previous problem I decided to get codes from the rest of the jumper holes. Can anyone shed some light on what these codes mean for the ones I get codes for?
UPDATE: After waiting 3 hours after having the car off, I went to the garage and tried to get the codes again and I was able to get them from the car, the bottom listing is what I got.
