Scott, I have an 850 turbo with 164k miles on it. When I bought the car the CE light was on and I checked the codes. I found codes that were completely ambigous. I reset the codes and drove the car until the check engine lamp came on again. This time the codes all were reasonable. I went from some 7+ codes to one "real" error. It does indeed sound as if there is a problem, but it would not hurt to clean things up a bit and then recheck. Aafter all, that is what a mechanic would do but charge you $65.00 an hour while doing so. (not that there is anyhting wrong with a mechanic doing his/her job, but doing this yourself can save some serious green in the long term) Best of luck to you, and please post the results.
Thanks
Prospero
