Rattling!!! S70 98

I know this is one of the major complaints with the S70. I'm starting to experience this annoyance (it appears to be coming from the roof on the driver's side). It is actually like a creaking/rattle. I'm taking the vehicle in next Thursday to be "fixed" by the dealer. Wondering if anyone has any advice on how dealers respond to these issues, and how best to articulate the problem. My biggest fear is when the go for the "let's see what the hell is the matter" ride with me, it won't happen.
