VCNA service 850 1996

I have to vent. My alternator died. The car is covered by the VIP warranty, and Volvo has approved the replacement. What's my beef? VCNA wont pay to ship the new alternator by overnight express. I have to pay that myself. If I dont pay for the shipping, I have to wait 11 days to get the part - and no, VCNA wont pay for a replacement car while I wait.

It's only a lousy $35, but it sure leaves a sour taste in my mouth.

The Passat 4motion wagon is looking better and better.
