...but where you go. The first dealership I dealt with (GALLO Mazda-Volvo, Worcester, Ma) needed payment up front to order parts, and only got shipments on Mondays. (had to order before thursday!) I now deal with SECOR Volvo-Saab, Norwich, CT, they'll order any part, no money down except for "special" orders, and have the parts the next day, no extra charge. Both dealerships offered a 10% VCOA discount. I'll agree that VCNA should take a stand against bung-hole dealerships like the one your messing with. Find a new one, Dude!
