Bad Dealer (not to long) S70 1998

I couldn't get them to replace my shocks "we tested them and thier fine". So I purchase some very good Bilstien's front & rears, replace the rears myself, to find that the rears were shot(38,000 miles). My wife took it in for headlamp switch not working, show them the shocks they still said they are fine and won't replace my fronts.(I tryed but could not get some special nut off that holds the top spring retainer on) The old rear ones you could compress and they would stay down and not come back up(still good??) Among other problems this dealer techs are not too smart, I had a oil dipstick seal that was leaking from the top around the handle blowing oil on exhaust. Asked them to replace the dipstick, NO order a completely different stick that wouldn"t fit. It was red as to my orange(old one), then lets order the holder for the new dipstick. This happen over a period of 4 weeks along with a viberation that I knew was bad shocks(back to the beginning) How do I get Volvo Corp. involed in this? All I want is good service & have my front shocks replace with the ones I bought plus any other warranty problems. Thanks for your help.
