If your shocks or struts are bad Volvo will not use your parts for the repair so you can get that out of your mind. Good luck. Try to get the area rep involved. There again if you have already removed the shocks then you have caused trouble, how does the rep know those shocks came off your car.(the ones that stay compressed) I know, not nice but thats the way it's going to be looked at.
