Buy a V97XC AWD? V70-XC70 1998

Hello,

I hope to get some info on a car that a friend is considering buying: a '98 V97XC AWD, 57M miles, plus leather seats, sunroof, CD, etc.

The asking price is about $24M; the owner claims that the book is about $27M.

I'd like to get any and all advice on that model -- what you like and dislike, quality problems to look out for, etc.
