Another Odd Annoyance 850

850's running smooth...but there's this thing that started just tonight. It wasn't a thing that slowly started happening. Suddenly pop! Then another pop! When I open or close my door, the hinge makes two pretty loud sounds. The picture below shows the part that it's coming from. When it's making the pop, that part visually moves just a bit. Obviously something's come loose. I'm sure what's wrong is behind that rubber boot.
