60k and 70k services. what are they?

I don't own one yet, but looking at a 96 with 64k that missed the 60k service and will obviously need the 70k soon.

what do they involve. Can I DImYself, I am an avid mechanic, just not a volvo mechanic. Is there anything you'd recommend having the dealer do, regardless...

Want to work this into the price. It's individual owner so obviously not going to get it thrown in...
