Value of Car??? 850 1996

I have the opportunity to buy a 96 850 Turbo Wagon. Very nice shape Everything works. Only has 181000 miles. Yes that was not a mistake. 181K. This must be the highest miles on a 96. Does anyone have some idea of what it is worth?? The seller is not sure what to ask and I am not sure what to offer. We know each other so we want to be fair. Only major work is a new turbo was installes last year.
