Both Edmunds.com and Kelleybluebook.com have (free) calculators into which you insert year, mileage, condition and options, and it gives you a price. I'd try both, since they sometimes (often) diverge. But you should be able to find some number in there that you're both happy with.

Nice idea to buy a new car and look forward to getting your 200,000 mile medallion in short order!
