Is anyone on this board in the Toronto and surrounding area? i.e. Scarborough, Vaughn, York Region, Milton Region, etc.

I am looking for modified Volvo's that are looking for races. During the late spring and summer, there are races held at certain strips held Friday and Saturday nights. Race crowds usually start building at 11pm-12am. Races typically start at 1-2am.

There are usually HUGE turn outs every fri and sat night. Literally around 150 people with about 50 cars turn up all looking for races or to watch races. 1/4 mile times run the gamet (sp?) everything from stock 18 seconds to 10 sec beasts.

Gorgeous cars come regularly come up to run incredible 1/4s with awesome burn outs as well.

I have personally seen 900hp mustangs, 750hp RX-7's, 600hp civics, modified S4's, nitrous fed VW's, mugen modified S2000's, as well as nearly bone stock Hyudai's, and 3 cylinder sprints.

There's nothing like watching a Volvo 850 rock a type R. Or an RX-7 toy with mustangs.

I have already found 2 more Volvo 850 drivers in the area that are interested. I have also recruited a number of Mercedes drivers that are rushing to get their Kompressors ready to roll.
