Dash Cupholder - pain in the butt!! 2000 S40 S40-V40 2000

Hi there,

Just bought a used 2000 S40 and didn't notice that the cup holder was in the dash until I brought it home. That is of course the same time I realized that it's somewhat broken. The arm that is supposed to hug the mug is super loose, and my coffee cup is dangerously wobbly in there.

Are these difficult to replace?

Short of duct tape, any fixes you could advise?
