850 1993 Odometer fix

I have just acquired a very nice 850 and there are a few things that need doing.
One thing at a time. How do I take the Instrument cluster out to replace the Odo cog? I have done it heaps of times on a 240GL and was hoping this has been written up somewhere with pics.
