Back Wheels not spinning. V70-XC70 2001

So I have replaced a lot of things. The rear wheel bearings and cv axles. Also noticed when gunning it on ice the rear wheels don't spin. Also when at a red light, every few seconds I feel a little jerk, like something is slipping in the back. Some told me universal joint. Is this true?
