Left and right side have 20 degree difference V70-XC70 2007

The passenger side AC is just above 40 degrees but the drivers side is just above 60 degrees. I closed the two blend doors by hand that are controlled by the motor on the drivers side. However there is still this 20 degree difference. Do I need to tear the whole box apart to see if the doors have a small gap even when closed?
