speedo glitch? S70 1998

so I'm leaving work, merging on to the highway, get into the traffic flow, and notice that per the speedometer, I'm only doing 32 on a 65 highway....odo, tenths counter, other gauges fine...get to destination, stop car, run errand, get in, rapidly go from off to KP1 several times, start up and drive, speedo back to normal...ignition switch headin' south???
