I have a 2003 V70 (non-turbo) 185K miles. Very seldom have I every noticed the fan running when I stop the engine. Yesterday (cool day 55F) it ran for about 5 minutes 3 out of 4 stops I made. No codes, antifreeze level ok,
gage indicates normal temp.

on the 2003 is the sensor part of the thermostat housing ?? or where is it located ?
