What's missing from the motor is the two-wire connector that gives the motor feedback to the controller. I've seen the one pictured on a couple of sites for around $60 for the motor only.
Here's the one I need, without the feedback tach pulses the controller will throw a "No Signal From Motor" code.

Good news is I did rebuild my motor and have it working on the bench with a 12V battery. This week I'll attach it to the pump to see if the pump works.
There are no bearings, only a fixed bush on the connector end and a self-centering bush on the pump end. I took it completely apart, polished the bushings, cleaned out the corrosion and freed one of the brushes.
The end cap is staked on so i used a milling bit in the dremel to cut those back and pop off the cap, circuit board, brushes, etc. I don't want to hammer on the case to stake the cap back on so JB Weld around the edges will have to do.
One of the brushes has a crack, so after I confirm the pump works, I'll order the proper motor from the link above. I don't want a cracked brush to cause a fail while operating the top down the road.
Thanks.
