FAQ's 94 850 Turbo Wagon 850 1994

Just bought a 94 850 Turbo Wagon...Bought on ebay from dealer in NC. Had it checked by independant garage and got a very clean rating. Car has 130k miles on it...New Turbo done at 120k miles. Have a few questions:

(1) It does not have the winter package on it...I am from Buffalo and plan on doing the 2 sets of tires deal (summmer/winter),but I am wondering what is the difference and will I miss the winter package. (Save the Buffalo jokes)

(2) At 130k and with an unknown past what should I be looking out for and/or what should I expect?

(3) What is it worth? Very clean North Carolina car with zero rust, has leather, power all around, no CD player and no third seat but appears to have everything else (except the winter package). It has 130k on it, fresh turbo, Michelins with 60% tread left, Charcoal on Charcoal...I paid $7,100...how does that sound to those that know? Johnny G
