Hello everyone,

Here's the tally. The caliper seized, and bound on the rotor at a given point. It was then that the rotor became mis-aligned from the hub. And that is what caused the vibration that I felt while driving. To make matter's worse, along with increasing the cost of repair, the vibration caused the control arm to bend!!!! (insert expletive here...). All said and done, two rotors, set of pads, new drivers-side caliper, control arm and respective ball joint, rear pads... for a total of $1500 CDN. Love the car the other 364 days of the year! What I'd like to know is, has this happened to anyone else on the board??? If it hasn't, may it not!!!

Cheers,

ERIK
