about a year ago i posted about my slip/disengage problem on my automatic 94 850 comes to find out that while my mother was driving the car the trans. totaly went the car is now barely drivable. when i posted last year someone sent me to an archive about the TPS (throttle position sensor) i showed this to the mechanics at the dealership and they said that isn't the problem even though it worked for the gentleman who sent me the post. so i put it aside as the car was still working with only minor irritation from the slip/disengage. so anyways as the story goes the car now barely runs and the diagnostic at the dealership said it was the TPS (wouldn't you know it) well the work is being done to it soon and i will just have to see how that goes. but what i'd like to do is find the archived posts about the other car w/the same problem since i misplaced my printed copy IF ANYONE KNOWS WHERE TO FIND THEM PLEASE POST I'D LOVE TO RUB IT IN THE MECHANICS' FACES (ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY THOUGHT THEY WERE ALMIGHTY AND NEVER WRONG)
