European Turning Signals For Front Fenders - Pre Wired? 850 1997

I've thought about installing a pair of European tuning signals for my front fenders on my 1997 850R Wagon. I understand they go where the Volvo emblem now is on the fender. Is it pre-wired? If it is I might install them but if is not pre-wired then I probably won't. Any help please. Thanks, Ray.
