Dashboard speakers aren't working 850 1994

I don't think the speakers on my dashboard are working. The front door speakers are working but I don't hearing anything from the dashboard speakers. I removed the grill but can't figure out how to take the little speakers out to check out what's wrong. If I can't fix them can anyone recommend a replacement speaker?
