I could use some instruction... 850

I'm picking up my head finally tomorrow and taking it to get new valve seals installed. Then I'll be close to being back on the road!

I have no problems with tearing my car apart and really know my way around quite well. I rather enjoy getting to know my cars inside and out. You guys have helped a lot so far!!!! Thank You! Volvo is still new ground for me.

Ok now what I need some help with...

I need better instruction on re-installing the cam sprockets so that the timing marks are lined up correctly. I've read it a few times in the haynes manual but can't make much sence of it. I just searched the archives but couldn't find anything of use. What I need is a good basic breakdown of the procedure from those of you that have done it.

Thanks in advance
