Well I tried to get a Volvo Tech to come over and just line them up for me for a couple dollars... whatever just so the lines are right on nothing more. Everything is all apart and everything.. it'll take what? 10 minutes?

Service didn't like the idea and said it would fire the tech on the spot for agreeing to help me out... their suggestion???????? Flat bed it in and they'll do the work! I quote... "I'm in this business to make money... I don't make any money if this tech helps you out!" Well I have only $50 to my name... I need help to make sure this is done right. "Too bad good luck finding someone somewhere else or tow it in."

Ok then.. so much for customer service. I mean I understand his point... but in not even letting a tech instruct me???? Or even let me finish talking to one??????? Well they lost my business and I was buying all my Volvo parts there up till today.
