We purchased this car and had it shipped home. The trucker calls me up today and tells me that it won''t start. says that he has called a volvo dealer and was advised that it could be a bad battery or some ignition comb in the key switch. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME OUT! THIS IS OUR FIRST VOLV.
IT HAS 78,000 MILES ON IT.
new news:
just got through talking with the driver. says he has power but the key does not want to turn past the number 2 position on the switch. the steering wheel unlocks and turns but the key will turn no further to allow start-up. Any suggestions?? he is going to take the battery and have it checked to make sure it is okay.
