Squeals Like a Pig 850

OK, I'm really like a kid in a candy store getting into the board... My wife has a 96 850 GLT and the brakes squeal a lot. Especially after driving for a while. We had it to the mechanic three times, no improvement (now ex-mechanic). We tried another place, they said to put on QS (ceramic) pads. It got better but is still bad. What can be done? Could a sticking caliper cause the problem?
