Anyone using intermittent wiper relay and where did you get it from? 850 1995

I have 95 850 n/a, and gettig fed up w/ standard interval of 6 sec. because rain almost never falls at the "proper" rate. There was a message that a relay similar to IPD's can be bought from Performance Systems at 1-800-423-3623 for $30 including shipping which is twice less then IPD's.
