Is wiring harness for a stereo hard to find? 850

Hi,

The ex-owner of my car had replaced the stock SC-811 with a crappy single din CD player and literaly f_cked the wires/harness for the stereo and the power antenna switch. Now I have the car I'd like to get a double din stock or aftermarket head unit and I don't know if I would be able to get it with the harness or if it is difficult to find a harness and connect the wires to it.

Any help on where I can find a wiring harness or idea will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
