transmission noise? 850 1995

I have a 95 855 wagon with 160k miles
I've had the trany fluid changed every 25k miles.
I've recently heard a noise only occassionally when slowing to a stop. The noise sounds like a low vibration at the last two seconds before the car comes to a complete halt. I don't "feel" any vibration, only hear it.
I had my rear main seal replaced about three months ago and the shop had to drop the tranny to do that.
Any ideas?

95 855 160k miles
98 S70 90k miles
