Radio Question

Both radios in my 960 and V70, the premium sound system with CD and Cassette, have an odd problem. While listening to the FM, the high frequencies volume will get louder and then softer. If you were to look at a spectrum analyzer, the highs would, sort of, be going up and down in their level.

Has anyone experienced this?
