Radio Question

Most radios cut the high frequency response as FM signals weaken.
Eventually, when the signal is weak enough they drop down to mono
(instead of stereo). Does the problem happen only when moving?

(I think this is basically a multi-path sensitivity issue I am
describing above.)

Some Volvo radios have "hidden features" that allow you to tweak
the radio a bit. See
