Air Conditioning cycles on and off.. 850 1995

My '95 850's air conditioning cycles between off and on. This happens mostly at outside temp. higher then 90 degrees. It will be cold for 4 or 5 minutes then cycle to full warm, for apox. a minute or so. Any suggestions?
