If the AC cycles, you probably need to charge the system. If you go on the internet, you can get a 30lb container of R134 from some folks in Ohio. I forget what I paid last time, but it will not kill you. You can recharge by pressure or more simply, by putting in refrigerant unit it begins to make cold. The latter method works well and is really easy to do.
