S80 Care 2002

I recently purchased a new S80 and need advice on caring for the finish.
I do not have a garage, so I am considering a car cover. Would you recommend a cover? If so, what should I look for? Also, my car dealer applied a paint sealant on the car before delivery. Should I wax the car to protect the finish or let the dealer maintain the finish every 6 months (new sealant)? Thanks for your advice ... I appreciate any suggestions.
