Aftermarket CD changer 850

I want to install a CD changer to my 1995 850 GLT. The factory radio is model SC 811 and it has the controls on the face to process CD's when a changer is connected.

Is the Volvo adapter cable from Crutchfield reliable? What problems am I likely to run into?
