Alternator replacement

Hey yall.... My alternator burned out in my 97 850... Kinda weird at 85k eh? Well anyway, I need to find a good set of instructions for removal and replacement... Bay 13 doesn't have any for the alternator. any advice?

P.S. I have a Haynes Manual for the 850 but I'm looking for more "hands on" details as well as feedback as to the complexity of this job. I am not a mechanic but not an idiot either. Any advice would help.

P.P.S. The local mech wants $165 for labor. what do you think?
