Sorry if this is a faq, but I'm new to the fwd forum. I'm looking at a 93 854 GLT for my daughter. Seems to be in good shape with decent maintenance, but high miles at 190,000. I'm a 240/740 old timer and know those motors run forever; what's your opinion on the 5 cylinder longevity? Any other advice on what to look for? How does $2500 sound for the price? I know it needs motor mounts; can a DIY handle that on the fwd?
