Headlight ignorance 850

Sorry for this...I'm not much of a DIY'er in general but it kills me to pay someone to replace bulbs, etc.

Need to replace my front low beam headlight bulbs and just can't figure out the easy way to get in there. I open the hood and see the two caps, is there an easy way to pop these open to get to the bulb, I assume I don't need to get to the bulb through the front right?

Don't want to break anything for a simple replacement...Advice please.
